LOL 2016

Calling all Lurkers.... I was once a lurker and did so for many months before reaching out to a blogger and developed a friendship that I did not expect. Finally after much encouragement, I decided
to develop my own blog sight if nothing more than to document my journey on TTWD.

Are you lurking around out there? If so, come on in and pull up a chair and let's get to know a bit about one another. It is a great way to break the ice, dip your toe in and see how you feel about perhaps opening up to others that have and are going through some of the very same issues you may be going through.

I have shared before that many a friendships are found here in blogland, non-judgmental, open, honest and supportive feedback. While there are at times some tears and frustrations here, more often than not, there is fun and laughter as we help each other through the good and difficult times.

So feel free to leave a comment or two, let me get to know you, or if you still prefer to remain anonymous that is perfectly fine too.

    Hi Annabelle! Your blog is new to me so I will try to go back and read to learn more about you. Or perhaps you have an email address that you'd share? I did read your November posts, and I hate that you are feeling lost. I have definitely felt confused at times, and for me it can be difficult to say we are a ttwd couple. I mean for me I feel like it is just us now and the label can feel artificial. I'm not sure that really will make sense to anyone reading. I appreciate that you are reaching out and sharing. I'd like to be your friend, but I don't have a blog myself. I will start reading and commenting on yours. I too find listening to hear his words rather than constructing my reply to be a frustrating task. Plus, I must admit to being bad to interject - I don't notice that I am doing it until my children started pointing it out to me. I am trying to get better so I will enjoy reading about how it works for you.

    I agree with everyone that said comparing is a dangerous path, but as I too have fallen prey to that lure no judgement here. It is just plain hard not to read and compare. I have tried to switch away from that towards using it as a catalyst for conversation, and that can work sometimes.

    Sorry this is way too long, but I hope you feel heard at least.

      Thank you for stopping by and leaving your thoughts here. I have been blogging since 2012 and so you would have to go back a ways to get a better sense of all of the ups and downs we have been through on our journey.

    Better late than never I guess :)

    I blog, but am not allowed to share. I do not think I write as well as most of you ladies anyways. Plus, half of my blog is me bitching ;)

    I have had a bit of a break for personal reasons these past few months, but have started reading blogs again, and I discovered yours today.

    I am in a similar boat to you in that I do not feel that communication is a strong point for my Sir. I find myself nodding at quite a few of your posts. I find myself also having to remind myself "Yes Sir"

    I am enjoying your blog. Thank you.
